Your release questions, answered.
Straight answers about AI music, rights, distribution and earnings.
Can I upload AI music?
Yes, preparation supports human-created, AI-assisted and AI-generated music. You must have appropriate commercial rights, make accurate disclosures and satisfy manual review and future provider rules.
Is my music delivered to stores now?
No. Submissions enter an internal review queue. Live store delivery is pending a legitimate B2B integration.
Does TrackClear prove copyright ownership?
No. It is a readiness assessment. A high score is not legal clearance, copyright registration or a DSP guarantee.
Do I keep my rights?
You retain whatever rights you actually hold. Before commercial launch, final reviewed terms must define the limited permissions needed to process and distribute your recordings.
Can I use a famous person’s cloned voice?
Not without valid express authorisation and applicable rights. Obvious unauthorised impersonation is prohibited and flagged for review.
Are dashboard earnings real?
Demo figures are fictional and visibly labelled. Real accounts display only ingested and reconciled statements once a provider is configured.
Can I withdraw money?
Real payouts are disabled. Payment methods, identity checks, thresholds and payout timing are still subject to configuration and final terms.
Can I upload unlimited AI tracks?
No. Plans have artist and release limits, daily submission controls and manual review thresholds.
