Controller and contact

Version: 3 November 2026. Eservices trading as LaunchMyTrack is responsible for personal data used to operate this service. Business correspondence: 4 Loughrigg Terrace, Blackpool, FY4 4RW, United Kingdom. Privacy requests, objections and complaints: eservices697@gmail.com.

Information we receive

You provide your name, email, artist and contributor details, music metadata, audio, artwork, AI-use declarations, licences, rights evidence and support messages. We store password hashes, session and verification-token hashes, payment references and status, acceptance records, validation results and security audit events. Stripe handles payment-card details; LaunchMyTrack does not store full card numbers. Contributors may be named in material supplied by the account holder.

Why we use it

We use account and catalogue data to perform the preparation-service contract and respond to requests before purchase. We use billing records to administer payment and meet applicable accounting or legal duties. Our legitimate interests are protecting accounts and rights holders, detecting misuse, maintaining service security and resolving support issues and disputes. We use only information needed for these purposes. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Required information and sensitive evidence

An email, name and password are needed for an account; without them we cannot provide it. Relevant credits, files and rights declarations are needed for release checks. Supply contributor information only where you are authorised and tell contributors about this notice. Do not upload passports, payment-card details, medical records or unnecessary sensitive evidence. Contact support for a less intrusive way to document consent or rights. We do not use uploaded voices for biometric identification or train AI models on your uploads.

Who receives data

IONOS supplies the production VPS hosting and private file storage. Stripe processes payment and subscription data. Brevo sends verification and password-reset email. Gmail receives messages sent to the public support address. Authorised support and review staff access relevant records for their work. Service providers may process data under their own legal obligations as well as our instructions. We do not sell personal data. No store distribution provider is connected and no release is currently delivered to DSPs.

International processing

Providers may process account, payment, email or support data outside the UK, depending on their service and sub-processors. Do not assume all data remains in the UK. Before introducing a new international processing arrangement, we must assess its location and lawful transfer basis, such as adequacy or approved contractual safeguards, where required. Ask the privacy contact for information on the safeguards applicable to your data. Provider-contract and transfer documentation is part of the remaining pre-launch review.

Retention and deletion criteria

We retain account and release records while you use the service and for as long as needed to provide access, resolve open support or rights matters and meet applicable legal duties. Cancelling billing does not erase them. On a closure or erasure request, we review and remove or anonymise data no longer needed, including associated private files; necessary payment, fraud, dispute and legal-hold records may be retained separately. The length depends on the applicable accounting duty, dispute limitation period, unresolved claim or security need, rather than indefinite retention for possible future use. We explain any retained categories and reason when responding. Expired sign-in sessions, verification/reset-token records and rate-limit records are removed by hourly maintenance after a one-day buffer. Automatic deletion of customer catalogue records and a fixed backup-expiry schedule are not yet implemented; these remain pre-launch work, and this service should not be used as your only copy of files.

Your rights and requests

Email the privacy contact or open a Privacy support ticket to request access, correction, a portable copy, restriction, account closure or erasure, subject to applicable conditions. You may separately object to processing based on legitimate interests, including security or fraud processing; we assess the objection and explain the outcome. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity, without requesting unnecessary identity documents. We normally respond within one month; if a lawful extension applies we explain why within that month. Requests are handled manually and account closure is not an instant self-service action.

Complaints

You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or the relevant supervisory authority. You do not have to contact us first. We also welcome complaints at eservices697@gmail.com and will investigate how your data has been used.

Cookies and automated checks

An essential lmt_session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. We do not use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies in this application. Automated format, malware, duplicate and rights-risk checks produce readiness results and may prevent submission or send material to review; a score is not a legal determination of copyright. Contact support to challenge a result or request human review.

Changes and current readiness

We will date material changes and explain a new use before it starts. This notice describes the current preparation platform. Paid launch remains gated while retention operations, provider contracts and transfer safeguards are verified. It does not represent a claim that every operational privacy task has been completed.
