Identify the disputed recording, rights involved, your authority, affected territories and supporting documentation. Urgent safety or impersonation concerns receive prioritised review.
Internal restriction and provider action
Internal suspension does not imply a DSP takedown. When live distribution exists, authorised requests will be sent through the contracted provider and external statuses recorded accurately.
Counter-notices and disputes
Legal counsel must establish jurisdiction-appropriate notices, counter-notices, deadlines and dispute escalation. We cannot decide disputed ownership through an automated score.
